Our workmanship warranties stay with the property. When selling your commercial property, or home, the buyer can be assured that our warranty remains in effect during and after the transfer of ownership. This may not add value to the sale, but it certainly provides some extra piece of mind.

Product Registration

Many products require registration forms and proof of purchase to be submitted to the manufacturer to activate the warranty. We’ll fill out the appropriate paperwork on your behalf so that you can focus on other things.

12-Year Workmanship Warranty

Since our 2001 inception, most of our installations come with a standard 12-year workmanship warranty, which is longer than most competing offers within the industry.

Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

New in 2019 is the addition of our industry-leading limited lifetime workmanship warranty. This guarantee pairs with the material warranties chosen for your home, which are often longer than our standard warranty. Offered as an option on select roof systems. Additional fees apply.
