This client’s New Westminster home was roofed with IKO’s Cambridge 30, in the weathered wood colour. It suits the home’s exterior perfectly! The addition on the left side of the home has a minimal pitch so a torchon portion was required. Eight new skylights were also installed using Columbia’s Low-E models – 6 venting and 2 fixed styles.
