This ultra-modern new construction home is nestled among some of the highest value real-estate in the lower mainland. A custom home of course meant custom flashings! The 5000 sq.feet of roof & deck included the use of IKO’s Torchflex 180 cap in charcoal.  To beautifully frame the roof, 1000 linear ft. of custom silver metallic fascia cover was used along the entire perimeter.
